Julia co-founded G&T in 1994 following a year travelling through Africa and after an initial career in marine insurance in the City of London. What started as a boutique agency in the shadow of the Lloyds market on Leadenhall Street has evolved into her life's passion: creating extraordinary travel experiences for others. Now living in Suffolk, she is a mother to two daughters, an enthusiastic cook, and an impetuous gardener.

Julian’s childhood as the son of a British Army officer meant he lived on 3 different continents before starting working life at one of the UK’s leading sports tour operators. He went off to the world of wine but was tempted back to the travel industry in 2011. He combines operations and finance roles for G&T but without doubt is happiest when out on the water on board anything that floats.

Following jobs in both PR and television, Caroline headed to Africa where she ran safari operations in five different countries. She returned home to a role at a leading worldwide tour operator. Nearly a decade later, in 2011, she was persuaded to join G&T and now divides her time between London and the Surrey countryside. A lover of opera, Caroline is also a passionate conservationist and advocate for sustainability.

A degree in French and Spanish encouraged Nicola to pursue a career in tourism. Time spent living in western Kenya, then Paris and later New York only served to fuel her interest in travel planning. Returning to the UK in 2014 she, her husband and two young daughters settled in Oxfordshire and she joined the G&T team. Meticulous by nature, you can be assured any trip you plan with Nicola will deliver all that was desired and be the springboard for the next one.

Brought up in Suffolk, Alice went to university in London before joining a West End Actor’s Agency and then taking a PA role at the English Football League. She then spent 10 years living and working in South Africa. In 2019 she joined G&T embarking on a new career which allowed her to combine a passion for adventure and travel with her existing skillset. She is the one member of the team who truly understands boys, having settled back in Felixstowe with her husband and two young sons!
